Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Lion TC Team's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Services Provided
Lion TC Team provides real estate transaction coordination services to real estate agents, brokers, home buyers, and home sellers. Our services include but are not limited to:
•Contract-to-close transaction coordination
•Compliance and file management
•Document signing reminders and coordination
•Escrow status tracking and updates
•Deadline and task management
•Communication with title companies, escrow officers, lenders, and other transaction parties
•File submission and commission processing support
•Administrative support for real estate transactions
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.
SMS/Text Messaging Terms
Program Name and Description
Lion TC Team SMS Notifications
Our SMS program allows you to receive important notifications, updates, and reminders via text message related to your real estate transaction. Messages may include:
•Transaction status updates
•Document signing reminders
•Escrow milestone notifications
•Closing date confirmations
•Appraisal and inspection updates
•Important alerts regarding your transaction
•Responses to your inquiries
Consent and Opt-In
By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive SMS messages, you agree to receive text messages from Lion TC Team at the phone number you provided. Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
You may opt in to our SMS program by:

•Signing a service agreement that includes SMS consent
•Providing verbal consent during client onboarding
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your transaction activity. You may receive anywhere from occasional messages to several messages per week during active transaction periods. Typical frequency: 2-10 messages per transaction, depending on complexity and timeline.
Cost and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard text messaging rates from your mobile carrier will apply to all SMS messages sent to you from us and to us from you. The number of messages you receive will depend on your transaction activity. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. To opt out of SMS messages:
1. Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us

3. Request opt-out through your transaction coordinator
Upon sending STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
To rejoin the SMS program, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

When you reply HELP, you will receive a message with instructions on how to use the service and how to opt out.
Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We are not responsible for any delays or failures in message delivery that are caused by your mobile carrier or other factors outside our control.
Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is supported by major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Virgin Mobile, and others. Message delivery on other carriers is not guaranteed.
Privacy and Data Use

We do not share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors for customer service support is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
•Provide accurate and complete information about your real estate transaction
•Respond to requests for information or documentation in a timely manner
•Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials or account access
•Use our services only for lawful purposes related to real estate transactions
•Not interfere with or disrupt our services
•Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
•Comply with all applicable real estate laws, regulations, and disclosure requirements
•Notify us immediately of any changes to your contact information
Client Obligations
As a client of Lion TC Team, you acknowledge that:
•You are responsible for the accuracy of all information and documents you provide
•You must review all documents and disclosures before signing
•You are responsible for meeting all contractual deadlines and obligations in your real estate transaction
•Lion TC Team provides coordination services but does not provide legal, financial, or real estate advice
•You should consult with appropriate professionals (attorneys, CPAs, real estate agents ) for advice specific to your situation
Service Fees and Payment
Service fees for transaction coordination are typically paid by the real estate agent or broker who engages our services. If you are directly engaging Lion TC Team:
•Fees will be agreed upon in writing before services begin
•Payment is due upon completion of services or as otherwise specified in your service agreement
•Late payments may be subject to additional fees
•We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with Lion TC Team are owned by Lion TC Team or our licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lion TC Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to:
•Loss of profits or revenue
•Loss of data or documents
•Business interruption
•Missed deadlines or transaction failures
•Errors or omissions by third parties (title companies, lenders, etc.)
Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific transaction in question, or $500, whichever is greater.
Important: Lion TC Team provides coordination services only. We are not responsible for:
•Legal compliance of transaction documents (consult an attorney)
•Financial or tax implications of your transaction (consult a CPA)
•Real estate market conditions or property values (consult your agent)
•Actions or omissions of third parties involved in your transaction
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
•Warranties of merchantability
•Fitness for a particular purpose
•Non-infringement
•Accuracy or completeness of information provided by third parties
We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We make reasonable efforts to coordinate your transaction but cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lion TC Team, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:
•Your use of our services
•Your violation of these Terms
•Your violation of any third-party rights
•Your violation of applicable real estate laws or regulations
•Inaccurate or incomplete information you provide
•Your failure to meet contractual obligations in your real estate transaction
Confidentiality
Lion TC Team will maintain the confidentiality of your personal information and transaction details in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws. However, we may share information as necessary with:
•Real estate agents and brokers involved in your transaction
•Title companies, escrow officers, and lenders
•Other parties necessary to complete your transaction
•Legal or regulatory authorities when required by law
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may also terminate our services by providing written notice. Upon termination:
•Your right to use our services will immediately cease
•You remain liable for any outstanding fees or obligations
•We will provide you with any transaction documents in our possession
•We may retain copies of documents as required by law or our record retention policies
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and confidentiality obligations.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through:

2.Mediation – If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be submitted to mediation before pursuing other remedies
3.Small Claims Court – Either party may bring a claim in small claims court if it qualifies
You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written service agreement you sign, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lion TC Team regarding our services and supersede any prior agreements.
